Adviser Ratings' CEO, Mark Hoven will be presenting at this year's ASX financial adviser workshops discussing financial sector trends in the coming weeks, starting this Friday in Sydney. He will reveal the latest feedback from over 1,000 individual advisers, as well as practice principals and licensee heads representing over 7,000 advisers regarding their opinion of the performance of over 50 providers of platforms, adviser software, life insurance, research and investment consulting.
In response to an unprecedented period of change in the advice industry, advisers are looking for service providers to help them navigate this challenging period through adaptations to their product suites, pricing, quality, service levels, and innovation. Hoven will provide commentary and feedback on these issues and more, drawing from the results of perhaps the largest ever survey conducted on the advice industry.
The presentation will include feedback around usage, net promoter scores, and selected comments for each category. It’s a preview of information that will go live and be available for advisers through Adviser Ratings new Vendor Marketplace, which will launch in December. The ASX events take place in Sydney on Friday 1 November, Brisbane on Friday 8 November and Melbourne on Friday 15 November. Advisers can earn up to 3.25 CPD Hours.
