"Once Aaron knew our predicament he was confident that he could achieve a favourable outcome. Our superannuation was being drawn down rapidly as it had to be depleted by the end of an approaching fixed term. This extra income significantly reduced our aged pension from Centrelink. We formed the opinion that he new more about the rules governing Centrelink than the Centrelink management and staff that he was dealing with. You guessed it! They finally had to accept that Aaron's submission was lawful and not only did we get a substantial increase in our aged pension but we also received our back-pay. Furthermore, we are still enjoying a comfortable return from our superannuation."
