Superhero to launch adviser platform

Online share trading platform Superhero will launch an adviser platform in the second half of 2023 in a bid to meet the needs of its maturing Millennial retail investor base, co-founder John Winters said.
While Superhero will not offer advice, Mr Winters said softening regulations around how financial services providers can recommend products and strategies will deliver an “increased benefit” for advice customers, especially as financial advice has become “increasingly inaccessible” to Australians.
The median annual fee for financial advice soared to $3700 in 2022, but most people are reluctant to pay more than $500, according to Adviser Ratings.
