We have had Mary as our financial adviser for many years and have found her to be very professional in all that she does. She is honest and knows her subject well. We appreciate that she knows the ins and outs of the tax system, Centrelink procedures, etc. and she and her staff have supported us through some complicated issues in these aspects. We feel that Mary always has our best interests at heart and her service is very personalised. We value that she is able to answer our questions and help us comprehend the way our investments work in language that we can understand and allows us the time we need, to talk us through our concerns. I have received financial advice from Make Financial initially with Steve Kelly and now Mary Kelly for many years. Initially I was with Steve Kelly since at least 1999. Mary started working with us and now Mary has taken over. I have found the advice from Mary to be more than helpful. She always takes the time to explain her advice and responds to any questions I may have in a very full manner so that I can fully understand my financial requirements.
