We cannot rate Chelsea highly enough. She was recommended to us when our Mother was unexpectedly admitted to hospital after a fall, and subsequently required urgent admission to an aged-cared facility to look after her physical and medical needs and support for her personal well-being. This was an emotional and overwhelming process, dealing with so many stakeholders, and trying to find a suitable facility against the context of complex aged-care requirements, the requirements of aged-care providers, financial options, and dealing with government agencies.

Chelsea confidently guided us through the process, explaining the options available to us (including the pro's and cons of each option). This greatly assisted our decision making process. She was always available to address our concerns, and very patient with us if we asked the same question later if we did not fully grasp the issues. She was respectful,friendly and compassionate during the entire process.We could not have completed the process without her. We strongly recommend Chelsea as a highly knowledgeable, experienced and understanding professional to those in a similar situation.

I recommended Chelsea to my family to sort out my father’s financial situation during his movement from in - home care, where I was his primary career, to full-time residential care. It was a daunting task going through the maze of options and the system itself is so complicated but Chelsea made the whole process an enjoyable experience with her incredible knowledge and expertise which I believe is second to none.
