PJ Roghanchi is the Principal Adviser of Elixir Wealth Advisory, a specialised advisory practice dedicated exclusively to Medical Professionals and Clinical Businesses. Elixir was founded on the principle that Medical Practitioners deserve advisory representation equal to their complexity, contribution, and economic importance — combining institutional banking expertise with advanced tax strategy, practice growth advisory, and multidisciplinary commercial structuring.

PJ holds formal academic qualifications across Law, Data Science, Social Anthropology, Finance and Accounting. He completed his foundational studies in Social Sciences and Anthropology at Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, followed by a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance & Economics) (Hons) at La Trobe University in Melbourne. He is a qualified tax accountant, an ADFP specialist in financial planning, and is presently progressing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation through the CFA Institute. PJ is also a member of the Institute of Public Accountants, Financial Advice Association of Australia (faaa), Law Institute of Victoria and CPA.

His professional background includes senior institutional banking and lending roles at Macquarie Bank, along with leading debt advisory and credit strategy divisions across multiple national firms in key person / Responsible Manager capacities. PJ owns and operates a General Practice and Family Medicine Clinic in Melbourne and consults widely to medical professionals on practice structuring, governance, recruitment models, clinical business strategy, and scale pathways — from solo clinics through to complex multi-clinic private platforms.

Beyond professional practice, PJ has a long-standing interest in innovation, venture investment and technology commercialisation, including involvement with early-stage platform development initiatives in Canada and British Columbia. He is currently completing legal training and pathway admission in Victoria, with an intended future speciality in taxation and medical industry law at the Victorian Tax Bar.

PJ also serves as the Treasurer of the Australia–El Salvador Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ltd, supporting bilateral trade, investment, entrepreneurship and the economic positioning of El Salvador in the Asia–Pacific commercial corridor.

Outside professional life, PJ enjoys cycling and golf.
