Nathan Fradley

I’m Nathan, an Independent Specialist Financial Adviser based in Melbourne, Australia.

With long hair, tattoos and no tie in sight, I am not your conventional financial planner; however, it’s my technical knowledge, and ability to really empathise and understand the challenges my clients face that has granted me my reputation in our profession.

My practice extends across Australia, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and their families through some of life’s most challenging transitions over a 13-year career.

My Story

Following a quick rise through the ranks of a Big Four, I co-founded my own financial planning firm Lime Financial Planning, enabling me to champion my passion in Ethical Investments and Aged Care Advice

In December of 2021 Lime Financial Planning was acquired by Tribeca Financial, where I further honed my specialisation and continued to build my craft as a Lead Adviser.

In March of 2024 I finished my employment Tribeca to launch my self-named practice which allowed me to split my time between providing specialist financial advice and take up opportunities and drive change in the Ethical Investment space through Ethos ESG.

Outside of Advice and Ethos ESG, I support and mentor multiple up and coming Financial Advisers, regularly contribute to industry discussion, feature in industry publications, speak and MC for events and Co-Host the Challenge the Standard in Financial Planning Podcast.
