Hilary has been very patient with us, making sure we understand what is changing, and how we need to adjust our position to be comfortable in retirement. She always gave us three or four fully explained options to choose from, with documentation, so we could go home, calm down and examine all the options and choose the one that suits us best. Whenever we came across stumbling blocks, she always found a solution to get us moving forward again, sometimes pulling a rabbit out of the hat! We are extremely happy with Hilary's advice and service, and very happy we came to her for help some months ago. A lot has been accomplished.
