Ash is very knowledgeable about available products, my needs and which product would be best suit me. When I needed to make a claim Ash met with me and walked me through the whole process, helped me fill out forms, advised what the next steps would be and was there to support me through the whole process. He even calls me periodically to check in. I can't speak highly enough of Ash and recommend him to everyone I know.
