I have a minimum fee of $3,500PA and 0.5% above $300,000. I do have a 'Young' investors model (< 35 ) where I charge $990 upfront and $99month.

David is always available whenever we ring with queries and patiently answers any of our questions. We are also very pleased with the way he has reorganized our portfolio and loans. He is very knowledgeable and we're very happy with all that he has done for us.
