I was with Q-Super for many years and never kept track of my Super. I wasn't happy with the performance and Q-Super lacked quality customer service.

I spoke to my father-in-law with regards to who was managing his superannuation as he was happy with his financial planner and he gave me Leonie's contact details.

I contacted Leonie and had a lengthy discussion on what my circumstances were and what my goals were for retirement. When Leonie asked the question on my goals I realised I never had a goal. She was wonderful and together we set up a plan to achieve an outcome in the future.

I decided to pull the trigger and moved my Q-Super across to be managed by Leonie and wow I am impressed with the performance compared to how my Q-Super was tracking. I now have goals and get regular calls from Leonie asking if I have any questions. The customer service from Leonie is amazing and if I make a call to ask a question she is always happy to take my call and explains it in simple terms as I lack the knowledge of some of the financial lingo.

Apology for the long review. In short, I am extremely happy with the performance and attention to customer service from Leonie. I recommend Leonie to anyone who asks about my Superannuation.
