We have had the pleasure of working with Rahulan as trustees of our SMSF for over 2 years and have found his advice of the highest quality even at times when we thought it may be a good idea to invest but on reflection of his background research have changed our minds which in the long-term was the better option. His performance as a SMSF adviser and personal service has been exceptional, timely and professional at a personal level. We found Rahulan communication skills both verbal and in writing to be clear, concise and well-argued and pitched at the right level to his audience. We had previously been with another financial investment firm and felt that the advice we received was perhaps compromised by past decisions of senior management and the advice may not have resulted in maximizing benefits to investor, however this is not the case with Rahulan and his company. Rahulan in our reviews and investment advice provides a wart and all assessment and does not hold back on any possible downsides of an investment so we are fully aware of any potential risk which we fully appreciate as trustees. We have found Rahulan to be honesty, trust worthy and responsive to our requests, his advice and our engagement as trustees.
