David was knowledgeable, friendly and always happy to answer our questions (even when we asked the same question more than once!) What we would have liked was a sort of timeline or way to visually represent the major milestones / phases of our plan till retirement. We understand changes happen and it would have been quite challenging to create one, but even a rough idea would have been good.
