We don't have personal contact with Andrew due to living down south. However we did get to meet him when we were up North earlier this year and found him easy to discuss our business with. We ring him when we don't understand things that change. If there is a down side, perhaps we would like him to contact us (like Michael did, just to keep in touch) it made us feel like he cared about us as people not just another client..
