I was introduced to Scott via my tax accountant in 2014 and have been grateful for that first meeting. Scott has helped me immensely with superannuation, insurance, investments, my will and valuable financial advice. As well as a reliable adviser, Scott took the time to get to know me and assist me on a number of occasions, such as helping me purchase a new phone to driving me home from hospital after a heart procedure. Scott is always easily contactable via either phone, SMS, e-mail and Zoom to assist with any issues and questions and has helped me complete many insurance application forms to make sure everything runs smoothly. Scott also made me think more about the importance of insurance. Insurance is about 'What if?". You can pay insurance for 30 years, but your whole life can change in a minute. Scott advised me to take out Trauma Insurance in case something happened. Well, this year (2023) I underwent a triple heart by-pass surgery at age 60 and Scott helped me to receive a very large insurance payout. The surgery was a massive reality-check and has provided me with a new life to live, and the payout was very humbling. Thanks Scott. Looking forward to our next lunch together.

I have been a customer of Scott’s for a number of years now and he has always been professional in all of our dealings. Recently I had a health issue with my Heart ,after having two stents put in my coronary artery. Scott and I were talking about my wife’s insurances and we got talking about my operation ,he said you have an opportunity to claim under a crisis’ claim through your policy with AIA Insurance, we confirmed that I could indeed claim and Scott helped me through the process. I got a payout of $25000 .Thanks to Scott and his knowledge of my policies I was able to claim and he made the process easy for me , once again Scott thanks for your assistance, I thoroughly recommend Scott .
