Natalia Hartmann is a Director at HPartners and has been providing strategic financial advice since 2006. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and a Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage, and is both an Accredited Behavioural Finance Professional and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counsellor.

Natalia specialises in strategic financial planning through a behavioural finance lens, with a focus on sophisticated advice for family offices, intergenerational wealth, and complex multi-entity structures. Her work is grounded in helping clients navigate complexity with clarity, enabling thoughtful, well-considered financial decisions over the long term.

At HPartners, Natalia’s day-to-day role centers on people. She works closely with clients to understand what’s changing in their lives and how their financial strategies should evolve in response. She is equally focused on strengthening the firm’s advice framework—reviewing strategy, refining processes, and ensuring systems support high-quality, consistent outcomes.
