Michael and his team have been the best. Having had a bad experience 10 years ago, we were a bit gun shy at 1st but with retirement looming we knew we had to do something. Got referred to Michael by a friend and we have nothing but glowing praise. Didn't understand alot to begin with but given time, everything has worked out perfectly. It's a scary time in our lives over the next year but now feel completely at ease with the plan going forward for retirement.

So glad we were given Michael's name....and his team are so helpful, answering and questions (by email mainly) within a 24 hour period and there were a lot of them early on!
