During this time he has been proactive, recommended the most appropriate policies, and has taken changing life and financial circumstances into consideration where necessary. Last year he managed an income protection insurance claim for me, and I found the experience to be straightforward and stress-free due to his knowledge, expertise, and prompt and professional communication with myself and the insurer.
