Damien is an accomplished finance executive with over 25 years of strategic, operational, and leadership experience, delivering innovative, practical, and outcome-driven financial and business solutions to clients. He founded Jordan Financial Solutions Pty Ltd in 2002 after beginning his career with ANZ in Mortgage Operations, building the firm from the ground up into a respected and trusted advice practice.

Today, Damien is the Managing Director of Ziku Capital, a diversified financial services group providing integrated advice across wealth management, accounting and tax, lending, and strategic business advisory. Under his leadership, Ziku Capital has focused on delivering holistic, client-centric solutions that help individuals, families, and business owners make confident, life-shaping financial decisions and achieve long-term financial security.

Damien has also served as a Director for five years, including terms as Vice Chairman and Chairman of The Advisers Association, where he played an active role in advocacy, governance, and the advancement of professional standards within the financial advice industry.

He is deeply passionate about seeing both clients and staff achieve their goals and thrives on applying tailored strategies to drive powerful, real-world outcomes.
