Gavin Knight

Gavin sold me on Debt Recycling for my mortgage. I lost a fair slice of money on this, because of them fixed rate component which he assured me would never get lower and in fairness I exited too soon which meant I didn’t get the full tax benefit. Gavin wanted to increase my cash flow by placing my insurance through my super but his knowledge on insurance was not as I would have expected and thankfully my insurance broker intervened there and saved me from making a big mistake. With later communications with Gavin’s staff I was told I should should contact AMP and get that information myself, and also told I would need to call back to make an appointment with Gavin to review my superannuation. I have spoken to Gavin about that and he wasn’t happy his staff acted that way, but I got the impression I wasnt a “high value” client anymore and felt treated as such so I took my business elsewhere.
