I am a mature aged person with a hearing disability and i made the appointment with Mick because when i told him about my disability he expressed empathy in his email which made me think that here was a business that cared for their clients. Micks Knowledge in all areas that i asked about, Superannuation, Mortgage, Budgeting was invaluable and i have come away from my appointment with a attitude to make things better for my circumstances.
