Steve is a person full of great advice and great promises, but his greatest failure is his serious lack of communication and failure in fulfilling his promises. On many occasions we have contacted him regarding communication and updates on his progress with his promised outcomes. We were very patient, up to the point that we were concerned that something may have happened to him. One time after numerous times to ring him, only to be put through to his voicemail, waiting for his reply to the many voice messages that we had left, we had emailed, texted, Facebook, sent messages from different devices, and for many weeks and months we were unable to get any response. We rang Infocus head office, just to see if he was ok and to finally make a complaint, about him not responding to our replies. He promised us that there was a better Super fund within QSUPER which could make a greater investment for our Super, this was promised to us in December 2024, and to this day nothing has happened, we are seriously disappointed with his failure to deliver on his promises. There is a lot more to this story of other things, but I don’t have enough space to put further details. Finally I can’t recommend him as a competent financial adviser as he doesn’t deliver on his promises and has very poor communication skills.
