After trying to work out the complex task of helping my mother to move into a nursing home , Robyn was a beacon in the dark . Robyn met us at the nursing home , sorted out Mums finances gave us a three stage custom plan on paper , that would result in reducing the costs and at the same time increasing Mums pension payments . Then Robyn gave us step by step instructions on how to implement the plan and on going guidance with updating Centrelink for Mums changing circumstances .
