Jonathan explained everything in layman's terms,he was prepared to go above and beyond to assist in securing the right products for me. He followed up to ensure the process was as seamless as possible. At no stage did I feel pressure or was delivered a sales pitch. Jonathan is a very approachable listens to what you say and responds accordingly.
