Lachlan Harvey

I have at all times felt very confident of Lachlan's knowledge and experience which has enabled me to have a sense of confidence that my affairs are in the hands of someone I can trust. He conveys a real commitment to his role and to fulfil it to his best ability. Understanding financial matters at any real depth does not come easily to me and I feel Lachlan is able to supersede this aspect and explain things at my level. Lachlan is very welcoming in his manner and engages fully. He listens carefully which is such an important facet of real communication. When I first met Lachlan my husband had recently died and his approach was empathic and sensitive, aware that in grief information needs to be given in smaller amounts and at a slower pace.
