Marcus is a registered financial adviser with a Master of Finance (Financial Planning) who delivers advice grounded in ethics, clarity and genuine client partnership. He works with a wide range of clients — retirees, accumulators and wealth builders, professionals, business owners, high‑net‑worth families and not‑for‑profit organisations — but his approach is always the same: deep listening, values‑aligned strategy design and technically strong, evidence‑based advice.

Marcus believes great financial advice should feel calm, clear and empowering. His role is to translate complex financial decisions into strategies that make sense, support long‑term wellbeing and reflect each client’s personal values and aspirations. Whether navigating retirement planning, strengthening superannuation, managing SMSFs, building share and investment portfolios or structuring tax‑effective wealth strategies, Marcus brings a consistent commitment to ethical leadership and exceptional client outcomes.

Marcus’ commitment to ethical, client‑centred advice is reflected in his advocacy work. He supported a client through a successful Australian Financial Complaints Authority complaint relating to their previous advice relationship and the Shield Master Fund, ensuring they received fair recognition of the loss they suffered. He also guided the same client through a complex compensation process with their superannuation product provider that resulted in approximately $140,000 being restored to their superannuation — a life‑changing outcome and the achievement he is most proud of. Marcus brings this same diligence, care and integrity to every client relationship, ensuring clients feel protected, informed and genuinely supported.

Before entering financial advice, Marcus spent more than a decade as an education leader in disadvantaged communities across South Australia and the UK. This shaped his unique advice philosophy: empathy, clarity, empowerment and unwavering respect for each client’s story. Clients value his ability to adapt to varied needs while maintaining a consistent standard of technical excellence and ethical care.

Outside work, Marcus is focused on family life, enjoys golf and cycling through the Adelaide Hills, follows his footy team with hope, and loves travelling and long lunches with loved ones.
