Growing up amidst the open spaces, friendly faces, and serene beaches of the Peninsula has deeply embedded in me a love for community and a desire to see those around me thrive.

My initial career in veterinary nursing taught me the importance of calm, organized, and precise planning in high-stakes situations. However, as my family grew, I sought a career that would allow me to blend my organizational skills with a more balanced lifestyle. That’s when I discovered my second passion: financial planning.

Under the mentorship of Shannon Smit, I embarked on an accelerated educational journey, completing my Masters in Financial Planning in just two years and achieving top marks in Australia for my Aged Care unit.

Bianca is a wonderful asset for Smart Business. We wanted to get some insurances in place and it can be daunting. Bianca was there throughout the process with us, she was very patient and explained everything very simply. We got comfortable with where we were heading and Bianca handled everything for us. Thank you Bianca and Smart, it’s not a pleasant subject but you guys handled it perfectly!

Bianca has assisted my parents/family with a range of financial services over the past 12 months. She provided initial financial advice, when my parents moved from their long term financial adviser, to also assisting with aged care modelling and post restructuring of assets, investments, superannuation etc after my father passed away. I turned to Bianca and Shannon for a full financial plan after my divorce. I had some initial financial advice from a different provider but I did not have a clear picture of my situation or my options. So, I turned to Bianca and Shannon. I could not have been more happy. They took the time to get to know me, my current financial situation and my goals and aspirations. They then modelled out a number of different scenarios with a combination of advice around investments, property, rent-vesting and my superannuation. They provided me with real clarity and incredible peace of mind. I was left in a position where I could make an informed financial decision about the next 15 years of my life. The also gave me clear advice on my superannuation which has been terrific. Every year I get their plan out to see how I am tracking. They are kind, professional, patient and clever operators. Highly recommend.

Having never sought financial advice before, I was not well versed in what to expect nor what to ask. Bianca was extremely thorough in getting to know us and our financial position and our goals. The cashflow modelling she developed helped us gain clarity on specific investment decisions which we needed for full visibility on the projects we were considering. Her explanations of each scenario were concise and has given us a solid foundation to make informed financial decisions moving forward. Coupled with her kind, calm and considered manner, Bianca has been wonderful to work with. We feel very confident in the information and advice we have received.
