1.Initial meeting is $330 (GST

inclusive).

2. Analysis, Advice, and Implementation work is charged at an hourly rate of $330 (GST inclusive).

3. Ongoing service and relationship package are charged at a flat rate ranging from $3,960 to $11,880 per annum (GST inclusive) depending on our client’s needs and the complexity of the advice.

Don Nguyen has been our Mercers financial adviser for the last two years (from June 2021), including through various COVID lockdowns. During this time, Don has given us an absolutely first rate service and has helped navigate us through several transitional phases of our financial affairs. His financial advice has been first class and he consistently made sure we always understood the implications of his recommendations. He has always been very prompt with answering phone and email questions and has ensured that we were able to seamlessly navigate all the bureaucratic issues associated with our accounts. We will miss him as our Mercers adviser.

Don will be greatly missed by us his advise and manner will be hard to beat his knowledge was indeed beneficial for us to stay in the position we are in nothing was too much to ask Don he went out of his way to explain our future plans and advice us the best way to go we are not happy that he is going but we do understand he has to do what is best for him and wish him well , Trudi & Loui.
