Rod had been providing HESTA members with Financial Advice and Education since 2020. Since entering the financial services industry in 2002, Rod has held a range of management roles in lending and insurance environments of both finance and banking companies, including closely liaising with the financial and estate planning team in his former role. Rod has further consolidated and deepened his knowledge since commencing his financial planning career in 2018. With a Bachelor of Business degree with Distinction from RMIT University majoring in Financial Planning, Rod possesses the required education to support clients with diversified circumstances and needs, delivering easy-to-understand financial planning advice, with a passion and commitment to always act in the best interest of his clients.

Rod is a member of the Financial Advice Association Australia and is committed to furthering his education and skills through ongoing learning, to ensure that he keeps up to date with the ever-evolving landscape of the financial services world. Rod is a local member of the community, having been born and raised in Tasmania, raising 2 daughters in the state that he loves so passionately. He understands that every client has their own unique set of circumstances and is committed to working together to provide guidance on where they want to go, fully committed to helping his clients achieve their financial goals and dreams.
