We were extremely impressed by Bruce's knowledge, his understanding of our needs and his ability break down his advice in a way that made sense to us. We are not high net worth individuals and are unsophisticated investors new to financial planning. Bruce could have charged us much or turned us away and we wouldn't have known any different; instead he identified a more affordable and suitable model for us to use. He and his team also showed us a level of support, communication and flexibility during a family emergency which I hadn't expected. We now feel confident about our financial plan - which has made our life so much easier - and confident that we are working towards financial independence. I recommended Bruce to my father because I trust the team completely, and since he greatly improved our (modest) finances, I can only imagine what the benefits he could provide through advice about a retiree's savings and superannuation funds.
