Adam is fantastic to deal with. I've had health issues this year which has involved engaging with Adam on specific issues including claiming on my superannuation insurance. His knowledge, approachability and people skills make all our interaction for my wife and I a pleasurable experience.

I should also say, nobody ever get a 10 but Adam is the closest I've dealt with in this field.
