Lionel, always explains my concerns and how to achieve the best financial outcomes for me, he makes sure I understood and I am ok, very respectful to me and reassures me at the same time. When I call him to ask a question he always answers, I know he is there for me, and if I need to ask a question anytime, he always gets back to, is very respectful, and makes sure I am ok and understand.
