Hi, I'm Sam. I'm not your average financial expert. I'm a sports enthusiast, dog lover, women’s football coach, and a seasoned financial advisor. But most importantly, I'm your partner in creating financial goals that are as fun and exciting as your life.

Based in Melbourne, I firmly believe that setting financial goals should be an empowering experience, one that aligns with your desired lifestyle. For me, this means having a work-to-life balance and being able to say ‘Yes’ to the things that matter most to me.

As the Director and Financial Advisor of Greene Financial, I've spent the last decade honing my expertise. I moved to Melbourne, from the beachside town of Warrnambool, in 2009 to study a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance, and for the last decade I’ve assisted over 100 individuals in achieving their financial dreams. Today, my greatest value lies in connecting with clients and sharing my financial knowledge to help them align their money with their life.

Sam is the best, chuck out the rest. I have zero hesitation recommending her to anyone and everyone. I've seen a few financial advisers and they've all treated me in a 'one-size fits all' way despite the fact my job and life doesn't fit a set shape. From the outset Sam was open and listened and really worked to understand my needs and also my financial situation. She embraced the unpredictability of my income and the flux of my life and designed the advice around that and me. Her manner is warm yet straightforward. She explained everything to me taking as much time as needed at every step but never made me feel clueless. I never felt rushed or pressured and most of all Sam is genuine in her care and you can tell she has integrity. You can feel her excitement when she finds the right financial path for you and it's infectious. This isn't a one-size-fits-all job for her and I imagine all her clients feel this way. Sam was punctual, had an incredible eye for detail, was always available for questions and more questions and is super speedy in her response. Plus, she has a sense of humour which was a real winner for me as I don't find money stuff very amusing! She made something I was kind of dreading into kind of a pleasure. I set out thinking I'd just get one hit of financial advice from Sam but by the end of the process knew I wanted her ongoing advice. I'm so very glad I found Sam.

We were initially referred to Sam for help setting up our SMSF. We were keen to move on an investment opportunity, so needed things to move as quickly as possible. Sam was amazing. She was very responsive, thorough and knowledgeable, which helped us navigate the complex process. Sam has a warm and engaging style that quickly put us at ease. She has spent time getting to know us, and understand our personal and professional goals; always asking insightful questions that challenge us to think through the finer details of how to implement our financial strategies.

We had spent 12 months deliberating on who we felt comfortable with to assist us with our retirement planning. We had considered 2 other advisers but just did not get the vibe/confidence that they would be there for us. Sam helped my partner and I through the retirement and superannuation maze.
