Unfortunately my experience leaves alot to be desired. What was meant to be a straightforward process of roll-over of my superannuation has turned into a disaster that's still ongoing months later. They deducted the $6500 fee from my superannuation before the entire process was complete & it still isn't complete but they have their money & my roll-over is still not complete. I think taking such a large sum of money before completing the process is extremely unprofessional. I was advised it would be complete within weeks & here we are months later & its still not complete. I find Darius rude & he gave me a quote over the phone for insurance but what I received in documents via email was completely different, it was well beyond what he quoted. He was meant to handle everything with my superannuation but I found myself contacting my original super fund & the new super fund to do things myself. Again what was the $6500 for that they prematurely deducted because I am yet to see the value of such a large fee. The amount of time i have spent on this & wasted is absolutely ridiculous when you consider i am paying him to do a job he's clearly not doing but he's got his money so it doesnt matter. I think its disgusting to be honest. I am a single mum & I don't appreciate being treated this way & being taken advantage of. This has caused me alot of stress & anxiety & I won't be recommending Ready Advice to anyone for anything. I am disgusted that so called professionals operating a business can treat people this way.
