With over a decade of experience in finance and business leadership, Alex focuses on building scalable systems that empower both clients and professionals. Under his leadership, JIC has developed a reputation for its efficient digital processes, clear client communication, and ethical standards, enabling clients across Australia to access quality financial solutions seamlessly online.

Previously, Alex founded and later sold Wealth 23, a financial advice firm that operated across Queensland and New South Wales. His experience building and exiting that business laid the foundation for JIC’s group-wide governance model, one that prioritizes structure over chaos, systems over chance, and sustainable value creation.

Based in Queensland, Alex leads JIC with a philosophy grounded in Stoic discipline and strategic governance, ensuring every part of the JIC Group operates with purpose, accountability, and long-term vision.

After more than a decade in the financial services industry, Alex saw an opportunity to do things differently. His motivation for creating JIC was simple: to build a firm where systems, people, and technology work together seamlessly to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
