Rhys came across as a well educated and knowledgeable Financial Adviser. However, my experience was extremely disappointing. I felt I was promised a lot but the outcome did not meet my expectations. My investment was placed in Shield Master Fund, and my assets were frozen for a period, which left me very concerned that I might lose my investment. I also found communication difficult, as phone calls were not returned and I did not feel I received clear answers to some of my questions or updates about what was happening with my investment. Follow up that I was expecting did not occur. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before using Rhys Reilly. Fortunately, Macquarie later refunded my investment. In my experience, this was a very poor outcome and one of the worst financial decisions I’ve made
