We had to change from a face-to-face meeting to a video conference meeting as I could not travel. This in no way affected the quality of the meeting though, as Phil was completely at home using this mode as well. Phil asked a number of questions for clarification around our desired outcome and current circumstances that not only showed he had read and understood the material that we had sent through to him, but also allowed him to concentrate on explaining those elements that we were really trying to understand. He has a calm, professional and friendly approach and was happy to go over things a couple of times where necessary until we were happy that we understood. He was attentive to what we said and even to our body language in picking up where we were not sure on something or had further questions. At one point, Phil ran a model to show us how things might look based not only on what he had read in the material we sent him, but also taking on things that we had discussed up to that point in the meeting. Clearly this was not simply a one-size-fits-all approach to helping us see our likely position. We will definitely be recommending Phil to friends and family.

Phil explained concepts in an easy to digest manner and offered me data-driven strategies. A quick and simple way for me to gain insights about my own financial situation. Highly recommend!
