I had seeked advice for my parents, they were going to retire, they had sold their investment property and no hope with age pension, plus tax on the investment property. The level of knowledge with tax structure, Centrelink structures, super and pension structure and how to consolidate them and make them work. They then helped with estate planning to ensure when we inherit the assets and not pay tax on them. Our parents got part pension, minimise CGT they paid less than what they should have paid on taxes and they receive tax free income from their super to support their living expenses. I have been to 4 other financial planner and they just didn’t think of these steps. Team at Ryker, they had thought of everything and thinking 5 steps ahead, team at Ryker and Ray were just outstanding. Cannot recommend them highly. What a team effort.
