Philip Hatherly

Philip specialises in analysing the risk exposure of clients in the personal and business markets, and managing claims.

Philip joined AFRM in 2007, following 20 years of experience in the mining industry as a metallurgist. He is a Financial Advice professional with a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning. Philip is also a registered Tax (financial) Adviser, a member of the Financial Advisers Association of Australia (FAAA) and Justice of the Peace (JP). Philip meets the education, training and ethical standards of the Financial Advice profession (Corporations Amendment [Professional Standards of Financial Advisers] Act 2017), in addition to complying with the industry Code of Ethics (Financial Planners and Advisers Code of Ethics 2019).
