I was worried about how I would survive financially when I retire, so when I saw Frost Financial Planning advertised safer on the TV, I made an appointment. I had never consulted a financial planner before so was nervous about taking this first step. As soon as I met David and his team, I immediately felt that I was going to be well looked after. It can be difficult to trust a stranger with your personal and financial situation, but I quickly felt safe and trusted the process. The team showed empathy and a willingness to work around my needs - organising one of our meetings to be held online when I was not mobile after surgery. The obvious experience and wealth of knowledge continued to put me at ease. All my questions were answered in a way that I could easily understand.
