Steve is an active member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA) and has worked with the Cancer Council to assist cancer patients overcome financial issues and stress post diagnosis. He holds a Bachelor of Business and has attained various other industry associated credentials.

Steve has 2 children and on the weekend can usually be found chasing one or both around the sporting fields of South East Queensland. Steve enjoys most sports and has utilised the same dedication he applies to his work, to complete a number of ultramarathons, triathlons and obtain a black belt in Tae Kwon-do. When relaxing he enjoys spending time with family & friends.

I took a leap with Steve more than 10 years ago after interviewing many advisers to work with. What set him apart was his structured, logical & sensible approach towards sustainable wealth creation, growth & its protection. His cheeky personality, ability to articulate & simplify financial matters were also a boon. Quite simply, he knew what he was talking about & he ticked the boxes where it mattered. Steve's advice has been valuable over the years. In hindsight, getting the basics right first, such as insurances in the early days was easily the best piece of advice from Steve. It made things a lot more manageable when it mattered most. His advice on wealth management does evolve over the years & he would not hesitate to recommend an alternative approach if it suited one's situation better. Regardless, the advice has always been provided transparently & still aligned to the sustainable investing principles from when I first met him. Choosing a financial adviser is a very personal choice. If you are looking for one, it would not hurt to have a chat with Steve to see if he could help. Do ask a lot of questions as he loves it!
