I'm Alex, and my journey in the Life Insurance industry commenced back in 2002. Working alongside my Father, another Life Insurance Specialist, I developed a profound understanding of its life-altering potential from a young age.

In 2019, I joined PWS, bringing along my extensive experience and insights to enrich the team's capabilities. Over the years, my expertise has spanned group and retail life insurance, delving into policy interpretation, underwriting practices, claims advocacy, and employee benefit programs.

At PWS, I lead the charge in our Corporate Benefits Solution and Referral Partnerships programs. Through strategic collaborations with employer groups and fellow professionals, I ensure that our clients receive top-notch service tailored to their needs.

My forte lies in advocating for clients during claim processes. Drawing from my diverse background in handling group, super default, and retail insurance claims, I prioritise recommending quality contractual definitions, leading to increased success rates for our clients.

Currently, I'm furthering my education with a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, driven by my passion for continuous growth and my commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients at PWS.
