I would have to say Gavin is so down to earth at explaining questions we asked that we did not quite understand. It is so important to leave his office understanding what he is telling us about our finances. My husband and I are so happy with Gavin- he is so honest and truthful and just a lovely person to deal with. Honesty is so important when you are dealing with other people's money at the end of your working life, as in our case. We flowered Gavin from another financial service because he was so good at what he does.

Gavin was the first financial adviser who was able to explain our finances in a way where it was easy to understand. When ever I have had a queries involving our finances he was prompt in addressing any concerns. So far we have been able to enjoy retirement with confidence we can live comfortably.
