Sensible, friendly competent, and knows the business. Also very computer savvy and willing to be of help with electronic banking and arrangement of financial solutions. While I know he is planning to step back a little, I hope this successor will be as upfront, friendly, and equally competent into the future. Working with a person is much more personable than with a faceless institution or a new face every few months.
