" Very unprofessional. Recommended David to a friend and he let them down so badly, after a complaint to NAB. all ongoing service fees were refunded in full. Such was the so called service he provided."

"Thanks Ian for your feedback. This was during the time when I was transitioning from NAB Employed to NAB Self Employed. As you have indicated, your friend wasn't happy with the value received & asked for a refund of the ongoing advice fee, which NAB refunded. In relation to the Ongoing Service, as agreed with your friend, we provided an annual checkup, a quarterly newsletter, invitations to & attendance to client seminars & functions. We were also available to talk to your friend at any time through both our support team & myself. It is a 2 way street. I would like to be given the opportunity to respond face to face instead of through a 3rd party feedback. David Armstrong NAB Financial Planning Robina 0405310939"
